Howdy Aggie Moms!
This year we have the pleasure of hosting the Singing Cadets on Thursday, January 10th. This is our biggest scholarship fundraiser and we are looking for host homes. The singing cadets really enjoyed their visits with the families they stayed with last year (And I know as a host, I really enjoyed visiting with them and having them stay). We laughed a lot and had a good time.
We are preparing for the concert and were wondering if you would possibly be willing to host this year! (It’s ok if your Aggie has graduated, we would still love to have your help!) It’s really not hard. All that is needed is: pick them up after the concert, visit with them, feed them a snack that night and breakfast the next morning and drop them off. They are really great young men and easy to get along with. (What do you expect, they’re AGGIES! J)
Please respond and let me know if you would be willing to help out, and how many could stay in your home. We need 21 more homes. It is possible that not as many cadets will come due to prior commitments, but we would like to make sure all have a home if they come. They come in groups of two. (So one queen size bed can hold two boys). If your home is available, please sign up! We need you and are truly grateful for your help!
