David Scaglione will be preparing an Italian meal for us at our November meeting while we make cards for our Aggies.  David will also be providing cooking instructions and tips.

David’s Bio:

Briefly, I would like to tell you a little about myself.  The early years of my life, I grew up in Queens, New York, where I became fascinated with cooking at a very early age, learning from my grandmother who was from Italy.

My life’s work has been in the culinary field.  Starting from the bottom, I have gradually worked my way up the ladder to my current executive chef position. I have all ranges of experience from managing a sandwich shop to various kitchen positions from the PGA Country Club to Wolfgang Puck to Marriott Hotels.  My current employment has given me the knowledge of managing and leading a team of 30 employees for the last 12 years.

Spinach salad w/candied pecans, dried cranberries,
goat cheese w/balsamic vinaigrette
Italian bread & butter
Meatball marinara
Italian sausage
Penne pasta w/pancetta, pea & parmesan cream sauce
